FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The studio is located at the corner of 4th and Cherry Street in Downtown Winston-Salem directly above Jimmy Johns, across from Local 27101, Caminos Bakery, Mayberry's, Aperture Cinema and two doors down from the Marriott Hotel. The entrance is on the side of Cherry Street under a green awning. Address is 405 N. Cherry Street.

Parking is located directly in front of the studio on the street or at the Cherry Marshall Parking Garage which is located across from the studio at 402 N. Marshall Street.

Please ensure that you include all setup and clean up time within the amount of time booked. If you exceed your rental time, you will be charge the hourly rate for each 15 minutes your time is over.

No more than 15 people are allowed in the studio at once. Only 1 photographer allowed per rental use. If multiple photographers are to photograph in the studio, please contact us for information on multi-rentals.

Natural light is best in the studio between the hours of 9am-2pm then 3:30pm-5:30pm. When using artificial lighting, the bounce of light on the walls and floors produce an even white balance.

As much as we love pets, unfortunately they are not allowed at the studio.

Guests can change or cancel their rental with no additional charge. Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the amount of hours booked (if your booking was 1, 2, or 3 hours) or the dollar amount spent (for half day, or full day reservations) that can be applied towards a future reservation with us. Full day, and half day reservation hours cannot be split up and used separately. This credit expires within 60 days from cancellation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
